Covid-19: Trading at level 2
Operating under Level 2 requires us to continue maintaining good hygiene practices of regularly washing hands, cleaning of surfaces, wearing disposable gloves, providing and using hand sanitiser. You will be able to enter our Office but we ask that you stand behind the marked line and we will only allow one person in the Waiting Room and Office at any time. Please wait outside if there is someone inside already.
We will continue to wipe high touch points such as keys, door handles, steering wheel etc. upon receiving the vehicle from you and prior to returning the vehicle to you.
In order to help us comply with the requirement of contact tracing, when you drop off your vehicle and you are not the owner, please write your name and phone number on the repair order. If you are the owner, please make sure your details we have noted are correct. You will need to arrange for someone to collect you or take a taxi, as we will not be able to deliver you to your destination.
We continue taking bookings via email, phone and as of Thursday 14th, you can also simply walk in. As we have always done, we will send WOF reminders to those upcoming checks and also to those whose WOF check was during the lockdown period.
As Hansens ownership has changed as from 1 April 2020, our bank account number has changed as well. The new account number is 02‑0948-0359456-00.
As a result of not being able to trade for five weeks, we would like all accounts to be paid on/or before pickup.
